SENIOR CENTER LIFELINE PROGRAM - (805) 583-6363

Since 1984, the Simi Valley Council On Aging has been sponsoring the Lifeline emergency response system for seniors and eligible disabled persons. When a senior is alone and needs help they can press a button on a pendant worn around their neck and a phone call is automatically generated to Simi Valley Hospital. Within moments contact is made and help is dispatched to the Lifeline subscriber.

The cost for Simi Valley seniors effective January 1, 2010 is $30.00 per month.  Seniors with low income may qualify for a Lifeline unit at $15.00 per month.

The Lifeline Program benefits the entire community as it provides peace of mind and a sense of security for the Lifeline subscriber and their families. With Lifeline, subscribers are able to remain in their own home, knowing that should something happen, help is available at a push of the button.Senior Center Lifeline Program Equipment with Lanyard
