Parking violations (i.e., parking in a disabled space without a placard, parked in a red zone, etc.) should be reported directly to Dispatch at (805) 583-6950. All violations concerning abandoned vehicles, oversized vehicle or trailer parking, and requests for permits should be reported directly to the Traffic Unit Complaint Line at (805) 583-6921. If your vehicle was towed and you do not think it should have been, please call the Traffic Unit Sergeant in charge of Vehicle Storage Hearings at (805) 583-6223, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
