Mission Statement The mission of the Simi Valley Council On Aging (COA), an advisory body elected by senior citizens and appointed by the Simi Valley City Council, is to identify the needs of senior citizens in this community. The Council On Aging serves as an advocate to support programs and services providing seniors with maximum independence, safety and quality of life. (Adopted October 10, 1994)
COA meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 1:00 pm at the Senior Center. Seniors are encouraged to attend and provide input, and interested seniors can apply for Board member positions by completing the application located below.
