Department of Administrative Services Director: James Purtee Parking Citations
If you have received a parking citation from the City of Simi Valley's Police Department you may mail or pay your citation at the City Hall building located at 2929 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley, CA 93063. If you wish to contest the citation, please complete the Parking Citation Administrative Review Form (PDF) and mail this form to the City of Simi Valley at the above referenced address. The citation must be contested within twenty-one (21) days from the date that citation was issued.
A Police Department staff member will review the circumstances surrounding the citation and determine your liability. The Administrative Review findings will include information as to how to appeal the decision of the Administrative Review to a higher level.
