Simi Valley is excited to announce our new Online Bill Pay service. Online Bill Pay offers our utility customers the opportunity to receive their bills electronically and pay online FREE with a credit card or checking account. Click on the link to the right to set up your online account. You will need the account number from your statement to verify your account.
